About No Flour, No Sugar Diet

Hi– I’m Michael.  I’m a freelance writer and editor, and have worked at and written for magazines including Vegetarian Times, Pain Solutions, Natural Health and the L.A. Times Magazine.  I’m passionate about food both in terms of pleasure and as it relates to maintaining optimal health. I’m interested in farmers’ markets, sustainable agriculture, and am especially interested in the transition of alternative foods – including vegetarian and non-processed food options – from the health food niche towards greater mainstream outlets and consumption.
